We will start with reviewing a bit of theory before gearing up and jumping in the pool to practice some skills.
The cost is $20 which includes pool entry and use of club BC, regulators and a cylinder of air.
If you have all your own gear, including a cylinder, the cost is $10.

If you are borrowing club BC or regulator you will need to put down a refundable $65 deposit with the loans team before you remove gear from the shed. Make sure you arrive early! There will be a lot of people trying to borrow gear on this day. Better yet, get your deposit sorted out the week before. See the Gear Hire page for more information.

Download the attached knowledge review, have a go at answering the questions and then check your answers. Bring these along with you and note any problems you had. The primary aim of the workshop is to get you comfortable with your gear and being in the water.
