We will start with reviewing a bit of theory before gearing up and jumping in the pool to practice some skills.
The cost is $40 includes pool entry and use of club BC, regulators and a cylinder of air. You will need to bring your own fins, mask, snorkel and swimmers. A wetsuit isn't really necessary as the pool is heated, but if you get cold, there are wetsuits available.
Juniors: if your parent/guardian isn't participating too, they will still need to stay the whole time and watch.

KNOWLEDGE REVIEW
Download the Knowledge Review, have a go at answering the quiz questions and then check your answers. Bring along any questions you had difficulty with - we will have a quick chat before getting in the water.
POOL SESSION
Get in the water by 7pm, for an hour of skills training with an experienced diver. Each session is different and is highly individualized to the divers and how to improve their dive skills, confidence, buoyancy and trim.
