Curtin Artificial / Cementco

The dive sites require you to be an experienced diver according to the Unidive definition, advanced open water, 30+ dives, 10+ dive sites and at least one dive within the last 6 months.

It's been to long since I've been diving and I need your help to change that. I am looking for experienced divers to dive Curtain's Reef and the Cementco/Flinder's Reef with me. Curtain's offers over 60 ship wrecks and all sorts of other wreckage to look at. Big groupers, barracudas and different types of sharks are among the life that can be encountered there. Due to it's location it is subject to strong currents and should only be dived at high tide, and by divers who feel comfortable at a deep site with strong currents and sometimes bad vis.

The cementco is another ship wreck north of Flinder's reef. It sits in about 28m of water.

All wrecks can only be entered with a wreck diver certification and appropriate equipment.

If you're keen to join, join the event. I will sort out the final list once there are enough people have registered.  Usually it's first come first served, but since there are jobs to be done, i.e. taking care of snacks, doing finances and organising tank fills, those who volunteer get preference.
