Hello Unidivers,

We’ve got the very coooool Ken booked on the weekend (15-17 Sep) for some diving. If you’re keen to hang out with some grey nurses and whales, then don’t miss the chance ;]

Spots: We got one of the house book and have 6 spots available. We’ll be diving with another group of people who’s full of surprises so please be excited!

Diver’s Level: All Divers are welcomed!! Dave is also happy to offer Advanced course if anyone is interested!

Cost: The cost is usually around $280.00 - $300.00. This will include 2 x double dives + 2 nights accommodations + food + return ferry to Stradbroke Island. You’ll need to pay for a deposit after you’ve signed up, the remaining balance is payable in cash on the final day.

Deposit: A deposit of $50.00 will be required to secure you spot. Please keep an eye on your email after you’ve signed up! This deposit will be non-refundable but transferable. This means if you’re dropping out your deposit can be transferred to the one that’s taking your spot.

Gears: Tanks & weights will be provided at Ken’s place. It’s your own responsibility for your own gears. Unidive’s gears will be available to hire (3 month’s subscription is the best deal!) You’ll also need to make sure you have a SMB, cutting device and a snorkel.

Volunteer: I need volunteers to help me out!!

• Talented Chef Wanted!!! We need someone to keep us all full and gain some weights during the weekend!! The last thing you wanna see is probably me cooking in the kitchen (I’m not gonna mention how many people I’ve poisoned so far ;] )
• We need some brilliant people to help out buying food to keep the cost down!
• Drivers!! or we’ll need to bus with all the gears :(
• Finance - someone who is good with numbers! Excel template provided!

There’ll be a mandatory meeting on the 14th September evening at the shed to sort out all the gears, transportation and everything you can think of. I’ll also be checking certs & logbooks so please make sure you bring them :)
